Oracle No Dba Users Creation Steps

User Creation:

create user FACTURATOR IDENTIFIED BY celebrator;
User created.
SQL>

Tablespace settings

SQL> alter user FACTURATOR default tablespace USERS;
User altered.
SQL>

Password change:

SQL> alter user FACTURATOR identified by newpass;
User altered.
SQL>

Rights management:

SQL> grant connect to FACTURATOR;
Grant succeeded.
SQL>

SQL> GRANT create table to FACTURATOR;
Grant succeeded.
SQL>

Test to connect:

ocm@achtung:/home/oracle$ ./bin/sqlplus FACTURATOR@localhost              
SQL*Plus: Release 10.2.0.1.0 - Production on Thu Mar 15 11:37:09 2012

At least you'll have to increase or disable tablespace usage doing:
(Otherwise you will have a :

ORA-01950: no privileges on tablespace 'USERS'

SQL>  ALTER USER FACTURATOR QUOTA 100M ON USERS;
User altered.

Now we can create a table to asociate to the new user:
create-table-examples
oracle drop table examples
